SIM Lite RFI Response #2

The Astro2010 Programs Subcommittee issued a second request for information (RFI) from spacecraft teams to evaluate the technical implementation and cost of the projects. The response was to include (1) an Executive Summary & Science Overview, (2) Technical Implementation, (3) Enabling Technology, (4) Mission Operations Development, (5) Programmatics & Schedule, (6) Cost Section, (7) Changes since Previous NRC Recommendation (if applicable).
